Auto Focus Cutting Head
Auto focus cutting head by El.En Group features with smart piercing and piercing detection functions that greatly reduce setting-up time and increase the efficiency. Adopt cutting head special for 3D/pipe laser cutting , and matched with capacitor non-contact automatic tracking system. Cuttinghead can adjust height along with changing shape of work pieces, which don’t affect the cutting work. Highly improved Z axis reply speed and processing efficiency.
WHIRL is composed by machine base, automatic clamp rotate chuck, diameter changing support system, chiller system, pneumatic system, fume exhaust system, and security guard system ect.
Using the structure dynamic design principle and the variational principle and finite element method to design the machine tool base which has excellent dynamic and static characteristics. Base is made of high quality steel plate and weld with pipe material to become frame structure , after the welding of large professional OEM partners, secondary aging treatment, large gantry milling machine precision machining, the design and processing means to ensure that the machine has good shock resistance, high rigidity and stability.
Auto clamping rotation chuck
The main machine body matched two jaw chuck, which all are auto clamping ones. Bellow,
the left side shows the main chuck and deputy chuck, and the right side shows the middle chuck.

The frame-structure base is made with high quality steel plates by professional OEM partners through welding, secondary aging treatment and precision machining by large-scale gantry-structure milling machine. Advanced CNC control
The Penta PLUS System is complete with is front-end software: Z32 Control System. This software has been developed within the Windows XP Professional environment. It eliminates the possibility of memory overrun.
The critical motion system remains housed in a PC based real time machine control, so that the expected performance and reliability is maintained. The merging of the control and the Windows ™ based PC is invisible to the operator.
The control easily facilitates graphic, conversational and conventional ISO formats for manual data input programming. The built in cutting database assists inexperienced operators to choose optimal cutting parameters including advance head set table to cut small hole on thick material. The system can also communicate with an off-line computer via Ethernet connection
Our own operation software has many pratical functions such as: Edge-sharing Cutting, Auto Edge Detection Function, Flying Cutting, Job Report, Re-start the job etc.
Radan Nesting Software
WHIRL pipe laser cutting machine matched with professional laser cutting nest software, which have the function of auto-nesting, layout, word processing, and technology setting ect, and can satisfy 3D nesting need. optimize the management and efficiency, and it’s function is like following:
-micro-interconnection,cutting sequence, optimize cutting route and cutting speed ect.
-Avoid of overheating (avoid of work piece distortion).
-Sharp corner processing: inner/ outer corner
-Edge-sharing cutting function optimizes the cutting efficiency and increase the sheet usage rate
-Technology setting: the users can according to different materials, different thickness to use different technology and layout, which including compensation (diameter compensation),penetration (penetration time) ,cutting power, leading in way, micro interconnection ect.
