Together, we visited Hua Yin Group to witness the exceptional capabilities of China's most professional steel structure manufacturing company.

Hua Yin Group is a leading steel structure manufacturer in China with the capability to process multi-story and high-rise steel structures. They offer a comprehensive range of professional steel structure products. With modernized factories covering a total area of 80,000 square meters in Kunshan, Jiangsu, and Xiamen, Fujian, Hua Yin Group has an annual production capacity of 90,000 tons. They have two design centers working closely with branch offices of their marketing and technical service network across the country, ensuring effective communication in design, manufacturing, and project management processes. This enables them to provide customers with the most efficient and optimized design solutions.

During our visit, we had the opportunity to connect with Gu Ya, the production manager at Hua Yin Group. Q: Penta laser cutting machine usage?

The equipment has been put into production soon since entering the field, Penta's equipment has been running on a continuous shaft, two shifts are common, the finished products processed are in line with the process requirements, our customers are also satisfied with it, the use experience is relatively good, very worthy of recognition.

Q: Can 12kW laser power meet the production needs of steel structure industry?

Steel structure industry enterprises, the main processing methods are laser plasma and flame, the processed materials are basically carbon steel plates, laser is basically to do 20mm below plate processing, like 12mm below we will use air cutting, Penta laser machine not only cutting speed is fast, but also cut down the plate material regardless of section taper or burr size, can meet the needs of our customers. 12-20mm of this range of plate, we will use ultra-low pressure oxygen cutting process, only 0.75bar air pressure can be efficiently cut, the board is basically no burrs, taper is also very good, so that at a very low cost for efficient processing, the current 12kW power can meet our production line needs.

Q: How is the high-strength cutting stability of Penta laser cutting machine?

This equipment is excellent in terms of cutting efficiency and stability, which meets our production needs, because we are basically 24-hour production, so the strength is very large, and it has been stable for half a year.

Q: Is the after-sales service of Penta laser timely and efficient?

When there is occasionally a failure, Penta's remote operation and maintenance system will inform and alarm in advance, monitor the use of equipment, and quickly find problems and return to production. Once at two o'clock in the middle of the night, the equipment failed, I tried to send a message to our after-sales personnel, but a few minutes later, Penta's after-sales engineer was not wearing clothes, so he sent us a video call, knowing to solve the problem, almost ten minutes to solve our problem, the whole process is very timely and professional.
