The BOLT V series 2D laser cutting machine is a high-performance, high efficiency, and high-precision machine. This model adopts high and low double exchange platforms to achieve stable raw materials feeding and cutting.

The high-strength crossbeam and precision manufacturing process ensure the dynamic performance, accuracy, and stability of the machine during operation. The Maximum speed of linear axis can reach 160m/min, and the acceleration can reach 2.0G.

Parallel exchange tables

Parallel exchange tables provide high effeciency of raw materials feeding, with high and low double exchange platforms, easy to operate.

Light weight beams

BOLT V series beams are made of aviation aluminum and have light weight metal structure, better visual and rigidity design. If euipped with the optional bevel cutting function, the beam will be steel one.

Operation software

■The latest version of Smart Manager is an European CNC software that can integrate with Italian CNC systems. Equipped with a powerful laser cutting database, the laser cutting parameters can be adjusted in real-time to achieve optimal cutting quality.

■The new algorithm enables faster response.

■It can be set with 15 layers of cutting parameters and 25 layers of perforation methods.
