BULL V Series Laser Cutting Machine

The BULL V series laser cutting machine is a large-format system featuring a modular bed design, customizable processing width to meet customer requirements, and an optional bevel cutting function. This model is ideally suited for industries such as shipbuilding, large steel structures, and heavy industry. It complies with European CE and U.S. UL design standards and features a fully sealed cutting area equipped with a triple safety interlock to ensure comprehensive safety for both electromechanical and laser operations.

Dynamic Performance

The high-strength crossbeam and precision manufacturing process ensure optimal dynamic performance, accuracy, and stability during machine operation. The maximum linear axis speed can reach 110 m/min, with an acceleration range of 0.8 to 1.1 g. Note: Acceleration decreases as the format width increases.

Dust Removal System

There is a blowing device installed on the left side of the bed, which works with the exhaust fan on the right side to blow and suck out the smoke and dust generated by cutting, creating a clean working environment for you.

Modular Bed

A 12+N segmented spliced bed design allows for customizable format widths to meet specific customer requirements.

Bevel Cutting

The BULL V series laser cutting machine is capable of performing 0-45° bevel cutting and can process various types of bevels, including V-shaped, X-shaped, and Y-shaped profiles.

Laser Radar

The entire series comes standard with three laser radars, which provide comprehensive protection for safe production through their precise environmental perception capabilities.

Operation Software

■The latest version of Smart Manager is a European-developed CNC software designed for seamless integration with Italian CNC systems. It features an advanced laser cutting database, enabling real-time adjustment of cutting parameters to achieve optimal cutting quality.

■The new algorithm enables faster response.

■The system supports configuration of up to 15 layers of cutting parameters and 25 layers of perforation methods.
